Tashi helped Aleman Travel digitise their businesses processes, so they have one central database for all bookings received from agents, their website and online travel agents (OTAs) like Expedia. They were able to create customised itineraries for their client enquiries and email them as Quotes through Tashi's platform.
Guests could view the quotes and when ready, book and pay online. In Tashi's system, these quotes were automatically changed into confirmed bookings and displayed in Aleman's calendar as an upcoming departure.
